Kristin Cavallari can't help being genetically gifted.

But she acknowledges that diet, exercise and breast-feeding have all played a role in how she bounced so quickly back into shape barely 12 weeks after giving birth to her second child.

"I'm a freak about what I put in my mouth," the fashionista and mother of two said during a sit-down on E! News Friday, taking a break from guest-cohosting duty. "I'm constantly reading labels and I don't eat any toxic chemicals, so I think that plays a huge role. I'm breast-feeding, which burns a ton of calories, and I can probably just thank my mama too, you know."

Thank you, Kristin's mom, indeed!

The former reality-TV star, who's also embarking on her fifth Kristin Cavallari by Chinese Laundry shoe collection, welcomed son Jaxon Wyatt on May 7. She and hubby Jay Cutler are also parents to son Camden Jack, who will be 2 on Aug. 8.

And they don't call it the "Terrible Twos" for nothing...

"He's been great, up until the last two days," Kristin told Jason Kennedy and Terrence Jenkins today in studio. "Yesterday I was feeding Jaxon and he threw a sippy cup at his head and started to kick him, so we're sort of in that phase right now."

But for the most part, she added, Camden's attitude has been fine and he's super-helpful, usually knowing when his mama needs a quiet minute to put his baby brother down for a nap, etc.

Meanwhile, Cutler—the Chicago Bears' star quarterback—is off at training camp.
