The plot thickens!

New details surrounding Orlando Bloom and Justin Bieber's Ibiza scuffle continue to surface, and the latest revelation is pretty interesting. It turns out that prior to having a run-in with the 20-year-old pop singer, Bloom was spotted spending time with the ex-wife of Miranda Kerr's rumored beau (take a second to put that together).

The actor and Erica Packer were photographed strolling on the Spanish island of Formentera with a group of friends on Tuesday, according to Australia's Woman's Day. Packer is a model and ex-wife of Aussie billionaire James Packer, who has been linked to Kerr since December.

Talk about one crazy love triangle square!

Meanwhile, Bieber seems to be enjoying himself since the confrontation, partying on a yacht with friends (including Michelle Rodriguez!) at the Playa De Illetas of Formentera. One of J.B.'s pals posted a few photos from the boat, showing Biebs' shirtless bod and M.Rod's deejaying skills.

Bieber and Bloom nearly came to blows at Cipriani in Ibiza, Spain, early Wednesday morning, according to multiple reports. The actor allegedly took a swing at the singer after Bieber made a rude comment about Bloom's former Victoria's Secret model wife.

There are conflicting reports as to what exactly caused the incident, but at one point, a fight broke out. "When they were back together again, Orlando threw a punch at Bieber. He just tried to pop him! The whole place cheered," an insider told Page Six. Meanwhile, a Bieber source said Bloom's punch missed: "There was no contact. He missed. Then there was some 'tough-guy shoving' and they were separated."

After the reports went public, Bieber took a strike against Bloom via social media by posting then deleting a photo of Miranda Kerr on his Instagram, and later taunting Bloom with a crying red carpet photo.
