Summer is winding down but that doesn't mean you should be slacking off on your fitness. You may not be wearing bikinis and short-shorts in the next few months but you've still got to offset all those holiday pounds.

Luckily, celebrity fitness expert Astrid McGuire is sharing a super quick workout that anyone can do. Yup, even the office busy bee, who is stuck in their cubicle for 8+ hours a day. This one move routine is less than a minute and requires only a desk and very little space. So push that chair aside for a second and get those legs pumping!
