Stephen Colbert is following in Kim Kardashian's footsteps! Well, sorta.

On an episode of The Colbert Report this week, the 50-year-old funnyman and host took on the topic of Kim's immensely successful and profitable iPhone game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood where fans can pay to become celebrities in their own right.

"Seeing average Americans throw away millions on a celebrity iPhone game is disturbing because I am not that celebrity," Colbert joked. "Well that ends tonight. I am proud to introduce my iPhone app Stephen Colbert: I'd Tap That."

"The game begins when your avatar meets world-famous celebrity Stephen Colbert and I greet you with my famous catchphrase, 'Give me five dollars,'" he added. "And unlike Kim's game, you have options. You can give me five dollars or you can give me 10 dollars. That skips you right to C-list friend level where you have the chance to give me 20 dollars."

"So folks, download now and start tapping your money my way!" Colbert concluded. "I need it."

LOL! Watch the hilarious clip for yourself.
