Sure, Behati Prinsloo is one of the biggest Victoria's Secret Angels today. But don't assume the supermodel was immune to nervous jitters back when she first got her wings.

"I was so nervous in the beginning," Prinsloo admitted to The Edit, Net-a-Porter's online fashion magazine, in her cover story interview. "You're in your underwear in front of all these staring people," Prinsloo said. "But it really does motivate you to be your best and look your best. All the girls are doing squats backstage!"

The Namibian-born beauty covers the latest issue of the virtual mag, rocking the best designer duds to reflect her high-fashion grunge style.

"My look is grungy, very rock 'n' roll," she said. "I love the '70s; I love the vibe. The music I listen to most is Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, punk. That's why The Edit's shoot was so cool."

And when she isn't busy modeling the latest fashion trends in photo shoots, the 25-year-old still clings to her go-to style. As for what's always packed in her suitcase, she admitted: "cut-off shorts, Dr. Martens, Rag & Bone jeans, lots of vintage rock tees from secondhand shops."

But rewind to the early days before she received her Victoria's Secret Angel wings, and Prinsloo didn't even know who supermodel legend Kate Moss was.

"Growing up, I'd look at magazines and think, ‘These pretty girls are actually doctors, right?' I didn't even know about Kate Moss," Prinsloo said of when she was discovered in a Cape Town grocery store at age 16.

Ironically, the now 25-year-old was actually discovered by the daughter of Sarah Doukas, who discovered Moss back in 1988.

Now fast-forward to today, where Prinsloo is living the dream as Mrs. Adam Levine and prepping for Victoria's Secret first-ever international fashion show in London. Sounds like a fairy-tale life, no?
