Former Destiny's Child member Farrah Franklin found herself behind bars over the weekend after fulfilling her destiny of allegedly breaking the law.

The 33-year-old, who spent five months as a member of the girl group back in 2000, was arrested for disorderly conduct early Sunday morning in South Carolina, the Horry County Sheriff's office confirms to E! News. Franklin was booked just before 5 a.m. and released around noon later that same day.

As for the events leading up to her arrest, Franklin was reportedly found sleeping in the yard of a local person's house.

Hours before the arrest, Franklin posted a smiley photo of herself having a good time at the beach, writing, "Wasn't prepared for coming to the beach, but hey I stay ready. #BeachBum #MyrtleBeach #Blessed #WaterBaby #MyLife #Instagram."

And earlier today, she seemingly responded to the arrest news, writing, "Unbothered and staying prayed up and, away from any negativity. #StillStanding #GodsChild Don't judge what you don't know. The sad thing is people LIVE for drama but run from the truth, Smh. There's always 3 sides to a story your side, my side and the TRUTH! But the truth is normally not as interesting as a lie, lol. Thank you to EVERYONE who has reached out to send me love and Blessings during this messy time in my life it's greatly appreciated. #TheNerveOfSomePeople#AllICanDoIDLaugh #OnlyGODCanJudgeMe #MyLife #Instagram."

This isn't Franklin's first run-in with the law. In April 2011, she was arrested for disorderly conduct in Culver City, Calif., but later claimed she was mistreated and unfairly targeted by police officers.
