During the family trip to Thailand, the group goes on their first adventure: zip-lining!
But it's not all fun and games for everyone—especially Kim Kardashian, who has a major freakout when it's her turn to go!
"I don't want to do it," she exclaims with tears streaming down her face. "I can't while I'm crying!"
"This is overcoming obstacles in life," Bruce Jenner offers some encouraging words to Kim while Kris Jenner attempts to cheer her on.
"It's really crazy, 'cause when you become a mom, every decision that you make is just different," Kim confesses about North West. "Like I'm thinking, do I really care to do this when I could be with my daughter?"
