Isn't it the best when you fall in love with a dessert, and then you find out that it actually isn't bad for you!? We know, it's a crazy concept, but healthy (and scrumptious!) desserts are out there.

The creator of Stella's Best, Catherine Weiss, came to the E! office this week and brought along with her a list of her favorite vegan treats for the summer. We sampled her dairy-free ice cream and, needless to say, we went back for more than seconds.

See below for all of Catherine's favorite dairy-free goodies. Warning: Reading this story is likely to result in immediate vegan sweet treat cravings.

BabyCakes Bakery Cookie Sandwiches
"The chocolate chip cookie with the vanilla frosting cookie sandwich rocks my world," raved Catherine.  "The gluten-free, soy-free cookie sandwich comes in four different delicious flavor combinations. BabyCakes is an all-vegan bakery making everything like donuts, cinnamon rolls, brownies, muffins and more," she explained.  "You can now check out their three different locations in New York, Los Angeles and Orlando. The best part about BabyCakes is that no matter what you choose, you can't go wrong."

Mohawk Bend's Garden Salad Cocktail
"I'm a huge fan of the muddled, herbed and minted cocktail," said Catherine. "The 'garden salad' cocktail that Mohawk Bend has created is the best one yet! It's a combo of TRU organic vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, fennel, cilantro, cucumber, thyme and ginger beer. It tastes fresh and light, without being overwhelmingly sweet. Bonus: Mohawk Blend partners with distilleries to benefit local charities and organizations."

Chocolate Peanut Butter Vegan Cheesecake at Craig's
"This is the ultimate dessert at the ultimate restaurant," gushed Catherine. "I've searched high and low for a vegan cheesecake that actually tastes like cheesecake, and I have finally found it. This cake has a combo of coconut, walnuts and tofu to achieve the perfect cheesecake texture. With layers of peanut butter and chocolate, this confection is also gluten-free. Craig's is the perfect dining destination for vegans and non-vegans alike!"

Erewhon's Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
"I love this pie because it has so few ingredients, but taste-wise it packs quite the punch," explained Catherine. "The crust has a wonderful, light, flaky texture that tastes and looks buttery! This pie is sold by the slice or whole at Erewhon grocery stores. Perfect for breakfast, summer picnics or pretty much anytime, anywhere."
