Our Spidey sense tells us that Tobey Maguire's marital status has changed.

E! News confirmed Tuesday that the 32-year-old actor and longtime girlfriend Jennifer Meyer have tied the knot in Kona on Hawaii's Big Island.

In Touch magazine has Maguire and Meyer taking the plunge Monday night in an intimate sunset ceremony. Fellow thespians Leonardo DiCaprio and Lukas Haas were reportedly among those in attendance.

After remaining largely mum as to any plans to swap vows, Meyer told USA Today in July 2006 that Spider-Man had popped the question a few months before.

"Let's just say this is truly the best time of my life," the now-30-year-old jewelry designer said. "I'm walking on air. I'm getting married, starting a family and have an amazing company."

The low-key couple, who have been an item since 2003, subsequently welcomed daughter Ruby in November.

And it isn't really surprising that Maguire hasn't had much time to keep the media informed of his burgeoning family tree. After The Good German, in which he plays a shady black-marketeering soldier in post-World War II Germany, opened in December, Maguire had to prep for the publicity tour leading up to the much-anticipated May release of Spider-Man 3.

The web-slinging superhero and his costars apparently did a fine job getting the word out, because the latest installment kicked off the summer movie season with a bang, smashing several box office records and going on to gross more than $830 million worldwide.

According to imdb.com, Maguire is attached to star in the romantic comedy Quiet Type, playing a mute musician who heads to New York to realize his dreams of becoming an orchestra conductor.
