The 31-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has channeled his inner Ryan Gosling yet again. He posted on his Instagram page on Tuesday, July 15, a photo showing him kissing his pregnant partner and co-star Kourtney Kardashian while sitting in a wooden rowboat with blue letters spelling out "Just like The Notebook."
"Only better," he added.
Gosling and Rachel McAdams' characters in the popular 2004 romantic movie took a boat ride together but only kissed (and boy, did they kiss) after they got back on the dock...and after they got drenched in a downpour. (The film has become such a hit that now, 10 years later, couples are recreating scenes for their engagement photos.)
Kardashian, 35, is expecting the couple's third child, who will join big brother Mason, 5, and sister Penelope, 2. She and the family are filming a Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff in the Hamptons in New York.
On a 2012 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which showed Kourtney when she was pregnant with Penelope, Disick tries to recreate elements from The Notebook to show how romantic he can be to his partner, who he says is "obsessed" with Gosling.
He gets abs spray-painted to look as ripped as the actor does in the movie, and pretends he is like Gosling's character, Noah, who restores an old house. Scott attempts to fix some blinds and shutters around his and Kourtney's home...while shirtless. He also paraphrases lines from The Notebook ("I wrote you 98 times in text messages") and from...Brokeback Mountain ("I can't quit you!").
