The actress, math whiz and recent Dancing With the Stars standout is engaged to boyfriend Scott Sveslosky. She confirmed the news today via Twitter and Instagram, sharing a pic of her new diamond ring.
"So...can you guess what my big news is??" she teased.
Danica followed that up with the tweet, "Yep, my amazing boyfriend Scott & I are engaged!! (He's the one @iamvalc did a shout out to on #DWTS) :) Hugs to you all!"
Val Chmerkovskiy did indeed share some of the spotlight with Danica's beau while partnering with the former Wonder Years star on DWTS this past season, saying in one of their rehearsal videos that he owed this mysterious "Scott" a thank you for being so understanding in allowing him to dance with his beautiful girlfriend.
This will be the second trip down the aisle for McKellar, who is mom to 3 1/2/-year-old son Draco with ex-husband Mike Verta. They married in 2009 after an eight-year relationship but McKellar filed for divorce in 2012.
