Long live, Queen Bey.

MTV just released its nominations list for the 2014 Video Music Awards and guess who's on top!

Beyoncé leads the pack with eight nominations, followed by Eminem and Iggy Azalea with seven apiece.

The top Moonman award, Video of the Year, will be a battle between Beyoncé's "Drunk In Love," Azalea's "Fancy," Pharrell Williams' "Happy," Sia's "Chandelier" and Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball." Things have certainly changed since last year when Taylor Swift was the lone female up for video of the year. Only one male, Pharrell, makes the list this time around.

Beyoncé is also up for Best Female Video for "Partition" and Best Collaboration for her work with hubby Jay Z on "Drunk in Love."

And it's a Destiny's Child showdown for Best Video With a Social Message, because not only is Beyoncé nominated for "Pretty Hurts" but so is Kelly Rowland for "Dirty Laundry."

Kanye West scored one nomination in the Best Hip Hop category for "Black Skinhead."

British crooner Sam Smith is nominated for Artist to Watch for—what else?—"Stay With Me." His competition includes 5 Seconds of Summer ("She Looks So Perfect"), Charli XCX ("Boom Clap"), Schoolboy Q ("Man of the Year") and Fifth Harmony ("Miss Movin On").

The MTV Video Music Awards will air live on MTV on Aug. 24 at 9 p.m. from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

Usher, Ariana Grande and 5 Seconds of Summer are scheduled to perform on the big night.
