Bride-to-Be Lauren Conrad Talks Pre-Wedding Diet, Exercise & Body Confidence

Here's how she's been prepping to fit into her bridal gown

She may be set to walk down the aisle this fall, but Lauren Conrad is taking a very laid back approach to pre-wedding fitness.

"I'm not a huge fan of the gym, to be honest," Conrad dished to People. "When I have to go to the gym and put an hour in, I'm just staring at the clock." So what does the super-toned star do to break a sweat? "I just like getting out, like going on a hike, going on the kayaks, going for a run on the beach," she said.

The 28-year-old also talked her stance on dieting, or lack thereof.  "I really love food," Conrad shared. "I'm not good at dieting. I try to make smart choices but just eat a little bit less."

But that's not all LC had to say about pre-wedding fitness. The Hills star got candid on her blog about loving your body as-is, and deriving body-confidence from treating your frame the right way.

"I am all for body confidence, but I am even more for living a healthy lifestyle," the 28 year old wrote. "Treat your body right, exercise, eat healthy, and then feeling confident in your bikini."
