The odds are ever in Katniss Everdeen's favor.
The latest promo video for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 shows Beetee Latier (Jeffrey Wright) hacking into President Coriolanus Snow's (Donald Sutherland) second unity address. Flanked by Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone), the leader tells his citizens, "Throughout this great nation, never have we been more unified, because now more than ever, Panem is speaking with one voice. The Capitol and the districts bound together in solidarity..." he says just before the feed cuts out.
Enter Beetee, who delivers a message of hope: "The Mockingjay lives."
So much for "Panem today, Panem tomorrow, Panem forever!"
