Talk about quick work!

Just six months after moving into her new Holmby Hills mansion, Ellen DeGeneres has already flipped the home for a reported $15 million dollar profit.

Back in January, E! News confirmed that the talk show host and her wife, Portia De Rossi, splashed down $40 million for the Brody House and now a source tells us the new owner of the famous 13,511 square-foot pad will be none other than social media billionaire Sean Parker

According to TMZ, the Napster creator—who wed in a $4.5 million ceremony earlier this year—was very impressed by Ellen's interior decorating. So much so that he talked her into making a deal even though she supposedly wasn't ready to sell.

Flipping houses has become something of a hobby second career for DeGeneres. "Changing my environment is in my blood. Like, the living room has probably been through five or six incarnations since," she told Architectural Digest in 2011 of her Beverly Hills home, which she sold last year. Currently the couple have three very impressive (very large) homes together but we're guessing the hunt for No. 4 will be starting very soon.
