High-priced set pieces, movie memorabilia, and Hollywood collector's items have gone missing from sets

"Who is taking the sex toys?"

That's the question director Michael Bay posed when over $75,000 worth of "anatomically correct vajayjays" and other risqué props went missing from the Pain & Gain set during filming.

In another Hollywood whodunit, fans of the tearjerker, The Fault in Our Stars, began asking Amsterdam city officials for the whereabouts of the swiped bench from the sweet makeout sesh between Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort after its month-long disappearance.

And these aren't the only cases of lifted movie props.

Highway robbery occurred when the iconic red 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu that John Travolta's character drove in Pulp Fiction rode off into the sunset in the hands of a thief. 

No masked superhero could prevent four Spidey suits custom made for Tobey Maguire from being snatched during production of the Spider-Man movie.

Even the statuesque golden king of the silver screen, Oscar, fell victim to a heist days before the Academy Awards.
