Not only is this double-layered look light and airy but it's also sophisticated and sexy. The length is appropriate, the neckline is high, and we can't see even an outline of underthings. And as if that wasn't enough of an improvement for this often edgy dresser, the peep-toed, lattice booties are to die for and we love the sparce, boho-style accessories!
Looks like turning 28 is doing good things for this former bad girl. Though we're afraid to use the "f" word when it comes to Lindsay too (former...).
