The proud mama, who previously announced that her second child with husband David Bugliari is going to be a girl, shared the pic on Instagram along with the caption, "#MomAndBaby are doing fine. Families everywhere should be able to say the same."

While the Mistresses star is super-happy with her CAA agent hubby and growing brood, she's also thinking of less fortunate families around the world.

Her caption included a link to the official website of the U.S. Agency for International Development, which works to end extreme global poverty, combat preventable child and maternal mortality and assist third-world countries embattled by conflict.

Fond of posting political musings on Twitter, and also an outspoken fan of President Barack Obama, the Project Runway: All-Stars host doesn't shy away from lending her voice to causes important to her.

But it's clear that nothing trumps her love for her babies, as just days ago she tweeted, "My son smiled all day today. There is no better feeling than to see him happy. #myheart."
