A source at Trulia confirms that the famous couple recently listed their Los Feliz mansion for $3,995,000 and that they scooped up a new home in Toluca Lake, California for $3,350,000.
The sprawling estate has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and is a massive 6,710 square feet. But here's the sweetest part of the deal: The house used to belong to a one Mr. Bing Crosby.
The home was built in 1936 and remodeled in 2008 and features luxe details like exposed beams, quartz slate floors and a library with an electric skylight.
Their new backyard has a saline pool, Jacuzzi and fire pit, and their pool house has its own kitchen and bathroom.
Now if only we could score an invite to a BBQ party at Megan and Brian's new place. Sigh.
