The 21-year-old "Neon Lights" singer hit the red carpet at Logo's Trailblazers event in NYC last night wearing a super-sexy dress that showed off lots of cleavage.
The former X Factor star was all smiles while posing for pics in the sheer ensemble, which featured peekaboo panels that showed off her chest and under boob. In addition to the plunging V-panel and cutouts, the skin-tight skirt definitely flattered Lovato's curves and hot body.
Lovato accented her black dress with bright pink lipstick, a golden tan and colorful purple highlights in her hair.
While Lovato stunned on the red carpet and was all smiles during the event, she took to Twitter yesterday to rant about pesky paparazzi who harassed her on Monday.
"When are paparazzi gonna learn? If you're respectful to me, I'll be respectful back. Why does it have to be a war of celebs against paps?" she wrote, adding, "Of course if you yell horrible things, I'm not gonna work with you. I'll pose if you are respectful and not being bullies."
"I wanted to stop for my fans today/tonight really bad because I love you so much but I can't deal with how mean those paps are..." she went on. "I always try to stop because I appreciate every single one of you, so if I don't get to you please know I'm sorry and I love you."
Of course if you yell horrible things, I'm not gonna work with you. I'll pose if you are respectful and not being bullies.
