After nearly 12 years of marriage, Gavin and Gwen are easily a great example for couples when it comes to juggling a busy career with family life—and now they've spilled their secret.

Yep, the Bush frontman has revealed how he makes it work with his ladylove, and it's kind of hilarious.

When asked how the pair find time for one another with their various ongoing projects while at the 24 Hour Plays event sponsored by Montblanc on Friday, Rossdale joked, "We don't, it's perfect. That's why we've been together for so long."

Oh, Gavin. We're guessing humor is something that keeps the spark alive.

These stars definitely have a lot going on when it comes to work, between Rossdale's music, Gwen signing on to The Voice and then, their three kiddos at home, but the love always seems to be there for these two, and when he's not cracking jokes about his relationship, Rossdale is gushing about his wife.

"To be with one person for a very long time actually gets more interesting," the actor told E! News at The Bling Ring premiere last year. "I'm into that. She's a great girl. I'm lucky."
