Summer's officially here and even celebrities are looking to get away from it all. "It" being the hustle and bustle of the city and the prying eyes of the cameras.

But where to go? With their millions, the options are endless for A-listers. As it turns out, the most popular destinations each offer their own set of perks. Here to guide us through them is the ultimate expert in high-priced real estate: Million Dollar Listing: Miami's Chad Carroll.

So break out the SPF and panama hats, here are Carroll's four picks for the hottest celeb vacation hot spots this summer:

The Hamptons: There's a reason most NYC-based stars flock to the Hamptons once the weather turns warm. "It's a place they can go and not be bothered," Carroll explains. "You have nice beaches, nice restaurants and, if you want it, there's nightlife as well." And it's not just east coaster's scooping up property these days. Says Carroll: "The Hamptons are becoming an international destination."

Malibu: Stars who invest in these beachside summer homes get a two-for-one deal, according to Carroll. "Not only are they getting a fabulous retreat, they're getting a great investment. In Malibu, the real estate keeps going up and up and up because there's limited supply and high demand. It's a financially sound investment."

Europe: Safe to say, celebs and socialites who summer in European hotspots like Spain or the South of France aren't looking for a mellow vacation. "It's a different kind of escape," says Carroll. "You go there for the beautiful people and the party atmosphere."

Miami: Think the rich shy away from this already-hot city once the temperature rises? Think again. "It's not true," Carroll notes. "During our summer, it's winter in Brazil. We've had a huge South American influx. Four years ago, summer was one of my slowest seasons – now it's one of my busiest."

And where will Carroll himself take time off this summer? "It's hard for me to get away he admits. "But I'll be in the Hamptons a few times. I'll get there!"

Million Dollar Listing: Miami premieres June 25 at 9 pm on Bravo.
