The happiest home on earth just sold for $74 million.  According to The Hollywood Reporter, Walt Disney's former estate on Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Beverly Hills went for $16 million less than the original $90 million asking price.

The property once featured a mini railroad train and is said to have been where Walt was inspired to build his now-famous amusement parks. Mr. Disney lived in the 4.3 acres estate—which includes a pool, tennis court, putting green, wine cellar, library, gym and, of course, a movie theater—from 1949 until his death in 1966.

Although the home was renovated by another owner in 90's, many of the Mickey Mouse inventor's special touches remain intact include an underground tunnel and Mrs. Disney's rose garden.
