The E! star landed back in Los Angeles today after spending some time overseas in Cannes for the Mail Online boat party look fresh, fierce and...whole? Kim made her return to Southern California in her usual stylish demeanor—oversized green jacket, cleavage-baring black top and skinny pants with heels—but we really wanted to make sure was that she still had both of her arms.
And she does. Phew.
If you're confused and asking yourselves why that would even be a concern, you clearly didn't see one of Kim's latest Instagram photos. North West's mama shared a snapshot of herself with her pal Jonathan Cheban on the boat in France and wrote, "Fun night in Cannes with my best friend @jonathancheban at the Mail Online boat party! Ummm where's my arm lol."
It literally looks like her right arm disappeared beneath the elbow! So weird! You can stare as long as you want and try to find a hint of a shadow from her forearm which should be seen behind Cheban's back, but there's absolutely nothing. However, the important thing is nothing crazy happened and her arm is still intact as proven by her sighting in L.A. today.
But still...weird!
Anyway, in related news, Kim's hubby Kanye West spoke at the Cannes Lions communications and advertising festival in France on Tuesday and explained that he and Kim got backlash on their relationship simply because people don't understand them. "Two years of people not understanding an interracial relationship, two years of people not understanding the idea of the art world meets the pop world, you have to take the lash and be able to swim in the backlash," he said.
He later added, "I get bashed so much but create so much, just know that if you want to be a boxer you're going to get your face beaten constantly but then you may end up being a Mayweather or an Ali at the end of the day."
