Talk about a sweet gesture from superstar Miley Cyrus.
The 21-year-old pop star recorded a video for ailing fan Caley Camarillo, who was suffering from cystic fibrosis until her tragic passing on Friday.
Caley's mother, Teresa, posted the video on Facebook, and shared how much the clip meant to her daughter during her final hours.
"I just wanted to share how things go full circle," she captioned the post. "Miley Cyrus was the very first celebrity that Caley was into and the very first celebrity she met....Caley's life was then sent into an amazing journey meeting a lot of wonderful people who have taken the time to get to know such an amazing soul."
"Back to the full circle," she continued. "Miley Cyrus sent this to Caley and she was able to watch it an hour before she had passed. We have video of Caley watching the vid but that we will save for ourselves. She managed to let out a smile. I take great comfort in this for some reason."
In the clip, which was also posted on Caley's personal Instagram page, Miley shares a heartfelt message for the tiny brunette, who she met years ago.
"Hey Caley it's Miley I've been talking to your mama the past few days. I know we met a few years ago but I want to let you know that I'm still praying for you, I'm still thinking about you, I'm sending you some love, and I just want you to know that you on are on my mind and in my heart and I just wanted to send you a quick message to say hello to you," the Bangerz beauty says before signing off with a smooch.
The pop star also dedicated her next show to the young fan, tweeting "Tonight's show is for @MissCaley."

This isn't the first time Cyrus has reached out to an ailing fan. She previously brought a young girl who was battling leukemia backstage at her Bangerz concert after a Twitter campaign was launched to bring the two together.
Keep up the good work, Miles.
