Happy birthday, Blake Shelton!
The country crooner turns 38 today and celebrated his special day—or at least part of it—on the set of his hit show, The Voice.
Carson Daly shared an Instagram picture of the birthday boy laughing as he's surrounded by older photos of himself.
"Happy Birthday @blakeshelton ! We covered his trailer with some classic pics. Love ya buddy!"
A large sign reading "Happy Birthday" was shown in the background, along with printouts of embarrassing pics of Shelton from years ago.
The images are captioned "my apologies," "forgive me," and "I'm sorry." Now that's funny!
The Voice's official Twitter account also posted pics from inside his trailer showing the hilarious scene in its entirety.
They also shared a cute clip of Adam Levine planting a wet one on Shelton's kiss and wrote, "Birthday kisses from @BlakeShelton's favorite bro!"
Miranda Lambert shared a sweet message to her hubby on Instagram, saying, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my best friend in the whole world! blakeshelton I love you! (And your dimples!)." She also posted a throwback pic of the singer—but hers was decidedly sweeter than Daly's.
Shelton took to Twitter late last night to joke about the milestone ahead and wrote, "Still can't believe I'm turning 28 tomorrow. Oh well."
But it seems Shelton was more sentimental when he woke up, as he shared with fans how humbled he was when one of his all-time idols contacted him in honor of his birthday.
"Few things in my life have made my heart swell up like the birthday text I got from Earl Thomas Conley this morning..#hero."
