Tracy Morgan appears to be out of the woods.

"Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement," a rep for the comedian, who was injured in a June 7 car crash that left another man dead, told E! News Monday.

"His personality is certainly starting to come back as well. Also, [Morgan's assistant] Jeff Millea's family shared that he has been upgraded to fair condition as well."

Morgan had been listed in critical condition since the accident and had undergone surgery in the days following the accident to repair a broken leg.

An outpouring of support and well wishes came from both Morgan's fellow entertainers and his fans, the tweets seeming nonstop as news of his condition broke in the hours following the early-morning crash.

Meanwhile, Adam Levine had just tweeted today, "Sending thoughts and prayers to Tracy Morgan..." while Sherri Shepherd, who played Morgan's wife on 30 Rock, gave him the following shout-out during a chat with E! News, "I am thinking about you every day and wishing you the quickest recovery."

Morgan and his entourage were on their way back from a stop on the SNL alum's comedy tour in Dover, Del., when a truck plowed into their limo bus on the New Jersey Turnpike. Veteran comic and writer James McNair, known as Jimmy Mack, was killed and Morgan, Millea, and comedians Ardie Fuqua and Harris Stanton were injured.

The truck's driver, Kevin Roper, who was on the job for Walmart at the time, has pleaded not guilty to a count of vehicular homicide and four counts of assault by auto.
