After a whirlwind year, Jane Fonda has decided it's time to downsize.

The 76-year-old actress has listed her New Mexico "Forked Lighting Ranch" for a casual $19.5 million. The actress purchased the property in 2000 after her split with Ted Turner, and since has used the ranch as a horseback riding and fishing retreat. In a statement obtained by The Wall Street Journal, Fonda said the property "has been a sanctuary and a place of great joy and recreation for me and my family."

The Oscar winner's ranch—which was profiled in the March 2014 issue of Architectural Digest—features a six-bedroom, five-bath 9,585-square foot adobe style home custom built by Fonda in 2002. The main home features premiere craftsmanship and a southwest décor, with stunning exposed beams made of reclaimed wood. Also on the 2,300 acre lot, located about 25 miles outside Santa Fe, are a five-bedroom guest house and a two-bedroom log house.

The luxury property is an outdoorsman's paradise, with a 12-stall equestrian space, ample horseback riding trails and access to the Pecos River, which runs within the property. There's also an organic vegetable and herb garden along with a stunning outdoor pool. And of course, what Fonda home would be complete without a home-gym?

Fonda recently was honored with the AFI Lifetime Achievement Award, made a slew of ah-mazing appearances in Cannes and is scheduled to appear in several upcoming films. No wonder the actress doesn't have time to spare vacationing at her ranch—it's a miracle she finds time to sleep!
