Martha Stewart has made no secret of her desire to find a significant other.

The 72-year-old domestic diva, who famously joined Match.com last year (her profile is still active, in case you're lookin' for love!), opened up to Haute Living New York about her love life and revealed that she's still on the search to find her perfect man.

"I'm looking for a partner," the kitchen maven told the mag, admitting that "love will have something to do with it I'm sure."

"I'd love to have a more regular male companion," she added.

While it may be hard to believe that the business-savvy beauty doesn't have an endless amount of suitors (after all, she received 1,000 responses to her Match.com profile in just two days), Stewart says the key is finding someone "appropriate."

Meaning? "An amenable kind of person," she explained. "There are plenty of people who I could date that would be inappropriate. Married men, for example."

As for what she looks for in a relationship? Stewart has been surprisingly candid in the past.

"I'd like to have breakfast with somebody. I'd like to go to bed with somebody. Sleep with somebody," she previously confessed on Today.

And when it comes to finding that perfect match, Stewart knows what she wants in a man.

"Someone who's intelligent, established, and curious; and who relishes adventure and new experiences as much as I do," Stewart writes on her dating profile. "Someone who can teach me new things. A lover of animals, grandchildren, and the outdoors. Young at heart."

In the meantime, the lifestyle guru, who has previously thrown shade at Goop goddess Gwyneth Paltrow, is focusing on her growing business as the lifestyle industry continues to become increasingly cutthroat.

"There is so much competition in lifestyle brands, and as a result, we have to be even more innovative than we were before," she explained to Haute Living. "We have always been the most innovative, but now, we have to be even more so to keep ahead because everybody copies us."

Clearly, her job keeps the cooking queen busy and despite her desire to find a man, Stewart certainly isn't lonely.

"At my home I have 20 canaries, countless chickens, numerous magician doves—they keep having babies!—four cats, three dogs, five horses, three donkeys…and the cows are coming soon," she revealed. "I don't know if people realize how much I really like animals. I believe that having pets is a fantastic thing."

Good luck on your search for love, Martha!
