Lena Dunham wigged out on Late Night With Seth Meyers Wednesday.

Sia appeared on the show to perform "Chandelier," the first single off her forthcoming sixth album, 1000 Forms of Fear. The shy singer performed face-down on a bed as Dunham, the creator and star of HBO's Girls, danced around the stage wearing a platinum blond wig that mimicked the singer's haircut.

Dunham tore toilet paper, bashed props and climbing the bunk bed's to straddle the back of Sia's legs.

Comedy Central's Billy Eichner loved Dunham's interpretive dance and Sia's singing, tweeting, "Oh My God Yes." The Golden Globe winner replied via Twitter, writing, "It probably should have been you."

Sia, who's written hits for Beyoncé and Britney Spears, previously hired Dance Moms star Maddie Ziegler to perform the routine in the "Chandelier" music video and on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Why does the singer-songwriter prefer to let other people take center stage when she performs?

"If anyone besides famous people knew what it was like to be a famous person, they would never want to be famous," Sia wrote in "My Anti-Fame Manifesto," a Billboard essay published in 2013.
