Uffe Kongsted/FAMEFLYNET PICTURESUPDATE: On Tuesday, June 10, the Los Angeles County District's Attorney's Office issued a statement announcing that Tylor Scott, 19, and Naomi Charles, 21, have been charged with burglaries and theft that included a 2014 Maserati stolen from Miley Cyrus' home. Both face one count each of first degree residential burglary, grand theft of personal property, grand theft auto and unlawful driving or taking of a vehicle.
They both pleaded not guilty to the charges at arraignment Monday. Their next court hearing is scheduled for June 18 in Department 120 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Van Nuys Branch. The complaint includes a firearm allegation for the alleged felony counts that occurred on May 30. The case also charges Scott with an additional one count each of first degree residential burglary and grand theft firearm.
If convicted as charged Scott faces a maximum possible sentence of nine years in state prison. Charles faces seven years and eight months in state prison. Bail was set at $150,000 for Scott and $100,000 for Charles.The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, North Hollywood Division.

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and grand theft auto today in connection with Miley Cyrus' recently home burglary.
The individuals were stopped in North Hollywood after being recognized from surveillance videos at the singer's home.
The LAPD has not revealed the identities of the two individuals.
Cyrus' luxury sports car was reported missing along with some of Cyrus' jewelry after an apparent burglary at her Los Angeles-area home on Friday afternoon.
And while no information has been released about the pop star's missing jewelry, her stolen Maserati Quattroporte was recovered earlier this week after it turned up parked in plain view on a street in Simi Valley, Calif.
Authorities said it appeared that a man and a woman scaled a fence at Cyrus' house and got into her garage, from which they made off with the jewelry and the car, which runs around $102,000.
Luckily, no one was home at the time of the burglary as the "Adore You" singer was overseas for her Bangerz concert tour when the incident took place.
And while the 21-year-old crooner hasn't made mention of the incident via social media, she did tweet over the weekend, "so f--kin homesick."
The May 30 burglary isn't the first for Cyrus—her home was broken into back in November, just a day after her 21st birthday.
