Solange and Jay Z didn't attend the CMT Music Awards—why would they?—but the audience still had a good laugh at their expense. During host Kristen Bell's opening monologue, the Veronica Mars star patiently waited for an elevator. At the same time, surveillance footage showed Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley punching and kicking each other inside the car.

The trio's faux fight spoofed Jay Z, Solange and Beyoncé's behavior from the original May 5 footage.

When the doors opened, the country singers put their fists down as Bell looked at them in disbelief.

After exiting, Bryan turned around and told Bell, "What happens in the elevator stays in the elevator."

Bell had the audience in stitches throughout the night, and at one point, she even sang an ode to guys' crotches. "We love our country guys. I mean, really love them," the Frozen voice actress told the crowd. "We love their style, their swagger, their in-your-face attitude. But gentleman, maybe there's one thing that's maybe too in our face. I think you know what I'm talking about: those too-tight jeans, guys. I'm talking about those big ol'…you know what, I'm going to be able to say this better in song."

Bell then sang an original, humorous song: "From the moment your mama let you have your first suckle / You've been sportin' yourself a big belt buckle / Your too-tight Wranglers always make me chuckle / Because you're blinding me, boy, with your big moose knuckle / A big buckle / A moose knuckle / Oh, you were born to be free / 'Cuz those huevos are getting strangled / By a pair of those Wrangler jeans / Don't you see / If you're boys don't get blood you'll be an amputee / And you'll be singing your songs in the key of C / A big buckle / A moose knuckle / Boys you were born to be free."

To think...all that happened in the CMT Music Awards' first act!
