Rihanna's Sheer Dress Makes It Tough to Twerk—but Watch Her Shake Her Practically Bare Booty Anyway!

What's wrong with Rihanna's dress, indeed? It's perfectly functional in addition to being practically nonexistent!

The pop superstar's sheer, sparkly, flapper-reminiscent gown (oh, how the '20s would have roared if the gals were wearing this) remains the talk of last night's Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards (at least, we think other celebs attended and awards were given out) both for its audacity and how, somehow, Rihanna managed to pull it off.

But even though her nipples were on full display, minus the Swarovski crystals peppering the Adam Selman dress, it's not as if she wanted to show everything. She did wear a nude G-string.

And, when it was time to twerk, she modestly covered her lady bits with her fur stole, a somehow demure move that channeled Marilyn Monroe in Some Like It Hot, in which the screen siren wore a couple of dresses that bared an epic amount of skin.

Anyway, thanks to hairstylist Yusef, who posted the video, we can now watch Rihanna shaking her technically covered but still very visible booty while clutching her stole so as not to give too much away.

It looks as if the impromptu dance party took place before she hit the red carpet, because even though she defiantly joked to E! News that she'd be keeping the risqué look on for the afterparty—"Do my t-ts bother you? They're covered in Swarovski crystals!"—she did end up changing.

About the intimate dinner she planned to have with close friends after, she said, "No big party, but we have music—you never know what could happen with music, you know? When music hits, everybody wants to have a good time."
