The Orange Is the New Black team faced off against Glee's Darren Criss, Jenna Fischer of The Office fame and Mario Lopez.
Prepon, Lyonne and Biggs return in new episodes of Orange Is the New Black hitting Netflix on Friday, June 6.

Do you have a dream guest?
I've had some pretty terrific people on this show. Donald Faison's been on twice and Sarah Chalke. Oh my gosh—Martin Short's been on twice, Matt Morrison's been on twice. We've had some really great people. I met a lot of great people here that are on new shows on NBC and I would love to get them.
And a good get would be Michelle Obama, she's been making the guest appearance rounds.
Oh yeah, Michelle Obama would be great. She could be playing for a charity. That would be great.
Has this show elevated personal game nights at home?
I don't have them at home; I used to go to Sean Hayes'. Sean hasn't had one in a while, he's so busy doing this and other things, but I love going to game nights. I haven't done one since I've done the show, but I bet I'm going to be pretty damn great.
At any point have you had to cut off the alcohol for celebrities?
It has happened.
You won't name names though? But it has happened?
It has happened.
Oh boy. And Glee is going to be held for midseason for its final season. How do you feel about that?
It's going to be sad to start the mourning process, but I think we're going right back into work…
Do you have an ending in mind for Sue Sylvester?
No, I would love to see what they have. [Laughs.]
