More than a year and half after exes Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy announced their separation, it seems that their dragged out divorce proceedings have taken a turn for the worse.

The former Real Housewives of New York star testified on Wednesday against Hoppy in a New York City courtroom, where the Skinnygirl founder accused Hoppy of threatening to "destroy" her after he discovered that she wanted a divorce.

"If you don't want to be with me and you're ending this marriage, I want nothing to do with you ever again. I'm going to destroy you," Frankel was quoted as saying in her testimony, as reported by the New York Daily News.

The two are currently battling it out in court over the custody of their only child Brynn. Frankel has asked for primary custody and sole-decision making for their 4-year-old, while Hoppy is currently asking for shared custody.

Frankel detailed her conversations with her estranged ex, explaining why it's impossible for the two to co-parent. "He said, ‘You're dead to me. I want nothing to do with you. You think I want to be with you on the holidays? You're a piece of s--t. You're garbage. You have no idea what I've got on you," the 43-year-old brunette said in her testimony.

However, the Bravo beauty admitted she wasn't exactly innocent, either, confessing that she called Hoppy "white trash."

"I was so wrong about you. I didn't know you were all about the money," she quoted herself as saying.

Frankel's lawyer Allan Mayefsky, who repped Katie Holmes during her split with Tom Cruise, also blasted Hoppy during his opening statement, claiming Hoppy "spied on" the reality star and hacked in to her "most personal private email."

"He has consciously placed his desire for revenge…over the best interests of this family and particularly the child," Mayefsky said, as reported by Page 6. "He has sought to obsessively control their every move through their daughter."

Likewise, Hoppy's lawyer, Bernard Clair, who has repped Simon Cowell's girlfriend Lauren Silverman, took aim at Frankel, claiming the former talk show host used "the child as a prop…in the pursuit of her own career and her own brand."

As for the mother of one's demeanor during the difficult divorce proceedings?

"Bethenny has a lot on her plate right now, a source tells E! News. "She's just trying to chug along."

Frankel was first to pull the plug on her two-year marriage to Hoppy, filing for divorce in January 2013.
