Stars have come out in full force to support the latest Twitter social movement: #YesAllWomen.

The hashtag was originally a response to the Santa Barbara shootings over the weekend and has since reached over 1 million tweets.

#YesAllWomen has prompted men and women alike to share their thoughts on misogyny, sexual harassment, women's rights and sexism as a whole.

The movement was first sparked after videos made by Elliot Rodger, who police say killed six people on Saturday before taking his own life, surfaced on YouTube. In the videos, the 22-year-old is shown venting his frustrations with being a virgin as well as his hatred towards the opposite sex.

Hollywood immediately jumped on board the social media movement, either sharing their own harrowing stories or showing support by tweeting the hashtag.

Girls' Lena Dunham was one of the first celebs to post about a scary experience she faced in school, saying, "I wish I hadn't seen the shooter's videos. In high school a very disturbed boy told me if I didn't choose to love him he would make me, followed by a series of graphic threats…"

She continued, "My school handled it very quickly and never questioned how I'd 'provoked' him and it told me that I matter. I wish that for every woman."
