If there's one thing Bravolebrities are experts in, it's how to make a dinner party do a complete 180. The stars of the Real Housewives franchise have it down to a science, so why should the women of Married to Medicine be any different?

In our exclusive sneak peek, Married to Medicine takes it one step further: Just talking about a trip (another high drama situation) derails the dinner. Dr. Simone Whitmore wants everybody—even Mariah Huq—to go on a couples' trip, but that's not sitting well with Quad Webb-Lunceford. Even the mention of Mariah's inclusion sets her off.

"You just said something that was quite disturbing to me," Quad says. "You said 'everyone.'  I'm really not interested. I don't want to be around someone who has treated me very poorly and lied to me in my face."

Quad's not trying to derail the trip for everybody, she said she's more than happy to bow out; she just doesn't want to be around a "dark cloud." But Simone isn't ready to just let it go and wants the two to work through everything. Quad is not having it and the dinner party derails into shouting and hand waving.

"It hurts to see you hurting," a teary Simone yells. And the dinner party is over?

Married to Medicine airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
