On Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Wednesday morning The American Idol judge revealed she'd tried the month-long plan. "I did the vegan 22-day plan and it was really good and I kept on with it for a few more weeks, and now I've incorporated a little bit of fish here and there," she shared. "But I've got to tell you I enjoy it. I enjoy eating that way. I never did. And I didn't know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body."
You may recall back in December, Beyoncé and Jay Z also eliminated meat and animal products from their diets. The "Drunk in Love" singer shared several photos of their meals on her Instagram account and the couple also hit up quite a few vegan hot spots in Los Angeles including Crossroads and Real Food Daily.
Of course, there are plenty of full-time vegans in Hollywood already. Brad Pitt, Lea Michele, Natalie Portman and Olivia Wilde made the switch years ago. But who do you think will step up to the animal-free dinner plate next? Sound off in the comments below.
