The rising model popped up at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night with her younger sister Kylie Jenner. The duo had complementing outfits—as they are known to do. Kendall opted for a skin-baring white halter top and sexy leather pants while a newly blue haired Kylie went with in a plunging white frock with matching strappy sandals.
While in France, the 18-year-old posed in another sexy cutout number, writing: "a little side boob never hurt nobody." And it seems her new motto has stayed with her post-trip. Because Jenner's latest top was tied on by an itty-bitty string at the nape of the neck and middle of her back, leaving quite a lot of her skin exposed.
