The "IV" tattoo, which the Grammy winner got in honor of her and Jay's birthdays (his is Dec. 4 and hers is Sept. 4) and their wedding date (Apr. 4), appeared somewhat faded and dull in color when the "Drunk in Love" singer stepped out to attend a basketball game with her hubby this past Saturday.
We're not sure if it's the stadium lighting or if Beyoncé's actually had a procedure to remove it, but the ink does look lighter in color and less visible.
Meanwhile, back in 2010, Beyoncé hit a red carpet and proudly showed off the visible, reddish "IV" symbol under her giant diamond ring. See the difference?
Adding to the speculation is an older photo Bey posted on her website a while ago that shows a small bandage wrapped around her left ring finger. Perhaps from a small procedure?
While we wait to see whether or not Beyoncé's ink fades away completely, here's one last fun fact about her tattoo: "IV" said out loud is "Ivy," the middle name of the couple's daughter, Blue Ivy.
Bey's possible tattoo removal news comes just days after a video allegedly of Solange attacking Jay in an elevator surfaced online. The alleged Jay-Solange brawl, which would have occurred on the night of the 2014 Met Gala, is still unexplained.
