This is The Voice… semi-finals! (We were trying to sound like the show's song, okay? Bear with us—we're not musically inclined.)

After a few performances from Rascal Flatts, Jacquie Lee, Will Champlin, Tessanne Chin and a surprise appearance from Ed Sheeran, it was time to get down to business. As you can imagine, tensions were very high in the Voice arena, and for some reason, Adam Levine has decided to keep his bleached blonde hair. (Who else loved watching Blake Shelton make fun of his buddy's new 'do?!)

Host Carson Daly eventually revealed that Jake Worthington and Josh Kaufman, were safe, and had secured two out of the three coveted spots in next week's Voice finale. This meant that the oh-so talented Christina Grimmie, Kat Perkins, and Kristen Merlin received the lowest number of votes and would have to sing for America's Instant Save in order to advance to next week's final round.

Each of the ladies took the stage and sang their hearts out in hopes of swaying the voting public to keep them in the competition. Kristen sang Carrie Underwood's "Blown Away," (insert obvious joke here about how her performance did not blow us away,) while Kat sang "Good Girl." Umm…did we miss the memo? Is it Carrie Underwood night on The Voice?

Breaking out of the Carrie mold, Christina graced audiences with a brilliant rendition of "Apologize" by One Republic—and it looks like America loved her performance as much as we did, because she was saved! Christina sang her way into next week's Voice finale and now she is one step closer to achieving her musical dreams along with Jake and Josh.

Will you miss Kat and Kristen? Who do you think has what it takes to be the next winner of The Voice? Sing your thoughts in the comments below!
