Google Glass is forever fighting the battle between good and evil. Is it creepy (you can take a picture just by winking, unauthorized third-party users created terrifying facial recognition software), or will it help improve society (they helped hospitalized kids visit the zoo!)? Is it a fad or the future? Does it look ridiculous or...well, yeah, it looks ridiculous.

Google's latest commercial for Glass ditches the creepy and instead, almost made us cry.

It starts with a woman giving her husband an envelope.

And then he's off on an adventure (the commercial's tag is, "Capture your journey").

At the end, he arrives in a small village at a small home and surprises his mother.

And we officially started tearing up. BUT that's not even the most heartwarming part!

He gives her the envelope and...

THE FEELS.

Google says:

This film, shot entirely on Glass, was created by alumni and students from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts as part of the Glass Creative Collective. It's our way of saying "Thank you, Mom."
