American hero or American dumbass? You be the judge.
During a KTLA segment on the wildfires ripping through Southern California, Courtney Friel was just trying to do her job, but ended up getting much more than she bargained for:
She spotted a man, shirtless, carrying a dog and probably thought: "Oh, this poor man is fleeing his home and he didn't have time to put on a shirt! He just grabbed the pet he loved so dear and he ran. He must have something really moving and poignant to say about this disaster."
Nope.
So while the background is on fire and the wind is blowing, this man decides to take one giant leap for shirtless men carrying dogs everywhere. If she said yes and things worked out between them, this would've made for a nice story for their grandkids later in life.
