10 years. 10 fetch-ing years ago today is when one of the all-time best movies was released. In short, on April 30, 2004 girl code was forever changed.

For this edition of "What We Would Wear," the style editors of The Fabulist would like to pay tribute to Mean Girls—the movie that had us all mentally creating our own personal burn books and learning the routine to "Jingle Bell Rock." Here's what we would wear if we went to school with Cady, Gretchen, Karen, and of course, Regina.

Let's be honest: this Wednesday we all wear pink. Ready to go? Grool.

"I'm more of a 'pop of pink' kind of girl so I'd probably opt for these high-waisted shorts with a white tee then finish the look with Essie's new Serial Shopper ('cause, you know: ‘Get in loser, we're going shopping!'), a swipe of Nar's Blush in Final Cut, a spritz of Viktor & Rolf's Le Vie en Rose and rose bud stud earrings. Kinda fetch, if I do say so myself!" - Cinya

"I'm pretty much obsessed with my pink blazer from Audrey 3+1. It's a statement piece that I really can't get enough of for both work and drinks afterwards. I like to pair it with this paint splattered-inspired skirt. It's a great way to pick up some of the pink from the jacket but still incorporate other pastel colors—a staple for spring! Of course I have to top it off with the perfect scent. I'm currently loving Victoria Secret's Bombshell in Bloom. It's a fresh and clean perfume that keeps me smelling like roses all day long! Topped with a good lip gloss I'm totally set. I can only hope that the entire outfit would be Regina George-approved." - Jenna

"I'm a proud supporter of the color pink, and have been since, oh, age two. It's very rare that I wear any shade of lipstick other than pink. My favorite is MAC in "Candy Yum Yum." I like all shades of pink but my favorites are ultra bright ("shocking," hot" and "flamingo"), so I typically temper my pink outfit with a pair of nude heels, neutral sunglasses and a simple gold necklace. These glittery bobby pins from Ban.do add the perfect extra pop of pink without going overboard." - Emily

"Spring is the perfect time to break out those pastels in any way you can and there isn't a better way to wear pink than in honor of the Mean Girls' 10-year anniversary! I paired my pink ripped denim shorts with my white eyelet top from 2020ave for a fun casual look. I love taking my Polaroid camera with me whenever I'm out with my friends, especially for those 'Get in loser, we're going shopping' moments! I always keep a notepad nearby and I can't leave the house without a pair of sunnies and these gypsy warrior sunglasses are no exception." - Nicole
