We can't imagine this Hollywood royal left the house without being aware of that very obvious fact. The draft alone would have given the slip-up away! And to add insult to injury (or super tacky to tacky), the singer-turned-DJ is flashing a tiny sliver of bright pink panty. Is this a case of having no fashion back-up plan?
The bummer of it all is that the little black, cropped top combo would be sexy and fun if only those slits weren't so massive! We can totally get behind a little upper leg reveal, and even a tiny flash of fanny. Just a tad more fabric would solve it all, but we draw the line at the bikini line.
Though, Rumer does get credit for boldly going where we're pretty sure no other celeb has gone before. Unfortunately, it's the opposite of brownie points.
