Jamie Dornan has earned himself an interesting set of skills after some of his latest jobs. Like tying rope, for example.
From playing a serial killer who ties up his victims in The Fall to a billionaire S&M hunk who enjoys to do some rope work in Fifty Shades of Grey, Dornan has had his fair share in the knot workshop, but even he admits that he'd like to do something different now.
"There are a couple of classic knots I know now," says the 31-year-old told The Guardian in an interview, "and I've put them to good use far too many times recently. In fact I'd like to do a job where I don't have to tie women to beds."
Well, we're not sure fans would agree, but at least they have the highly anticipated E L James adaptation to look forward to. Dornan exclaimed that the attention the film is getting is pretty crazy.
"The whole thing's ridiculous," he said. "It's just all a bit silly the way it works. I think I could lose my mind."
However, with this big role, along with his role in The Fall, Jamie is able to pick and choose what he does next in his career and the new dad is happy about that.
"Right now I don't need to work if there's nothing that I want to do. I've done three jobs back to back. Let's see how they are received. If there's nothing I want to do, I'll just play golf and change nappies."
