Blueberry Detox Blend

Smoothie: Blueberries, Baby Spinach
Serves 4

One of my favorite ways to detox, this Blueberry Detox Blend will get you back to YOU again. I blend up this blue beauty when heading out the door to meetings, as a quick lunch, or just before a workout. Trust me, you're not going to want to skip that addition of spirulina. It's the new—dare I say?—super-drug.

Ingredients:
2 cups coconut water
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
2 tablespoons spirulina
1 cup of ice (optional)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

The Chocolate Skinny Shake

Smoothie: Baby Spinach, Banana, Chocolate
Serves 2

If you're anything like me, you love all things chocolate. But, alas, we can't always consume chocolate milkshakes and still fit into that teeny bikini. So let's opt for this Chocolate Skinny Shake, shall we? It satisfies and has some superfood kick to it. Go, you ninja, you.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk2 cups baby spinach
1/2 frozen banana
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon super greens
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 cup ice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
