On this week's episode of Giuliana and Bill, Giuliana Rancic is under pressure as she heads to New York Fashion Week, commits to a business opportunity and tries to plan an anniversary surprise for husband Bill Rancic, who is at the receiving end of an offer that requires him to risk it all.

During lunch with her assistant Sarah, Giuliana tries to think of what she should get Bill for their six-year anniversary. In the middle of their discussion, Giuliana's manager Pam stops by with some good news: HSN wants Giuliana to promote and sell blazers from her clothing line on their network for a 24-hour period!
But there's one catch: she has to sell 19,000 of them.
Giuliana questions whether she is capable of selling that many blazers, but Pam seems to think it won't be a problem. Giuliana decides to do it!
Then Bill stops by the office to visit. He also wants to announce some good news:
All jokes aside, Bill informs Giuliana that he has committed to running the New York City Marathon, with him being the 50,000th person in the race.
Here's the sweetest part: For every person that Bill passes in the race, his sponsor will donate a dollar to Giuliana's charity, Fab-U-Wish. How amazing!
Later on, Bill gets a call from his friend Skip, who works at an aviation company. Skip has some exciting news for Bill.
Bill is invited to fly with Sean Tucker, a world-famous stunt pilot, during one of his aerial shows! Bill eagerly accepts, but as he hangs up the phone, he realizes that the hard part is yet to come: breaking the news to Giuliana...
Back at home, Bill casually mentions the opportunity to Giuliana and her mother.
Giuliana's reaction is pretty much what Bill was expecting...
Giuliana expresses her concern for Bill's safety, but he assures her that he would never do anything that would endanger his life. It looks like this topic is still up in the air...
While in New York, Bill and Giuliana make their first appearance together on The Rachael Ray Show, where they talk about Giuliana's Fab-U-Wish Foundation and Bill's upcoming participation in the New York City Marathon.
It's Bill and Giuliana's official anniversary, and Giuliana has arranged a lovely picnic in Central Park for Bill and their son, Duke Rancic.
Here come Bill and Duke, all dressed up for their family picnic!
Duke starts to get restless...
Then Bill gets an idea...
He proceeds to give Giuliana a flying demonstration using Duke, which brings up the topic of Bill flying the plane again...
Giuliana tells Bill that she knows what she wants for her anniversary gift: she asks him to promise that he won't fly the stunt plane.
Bill assures Giuliana that everything is going to be okay and that he is going to be safe about it. That doesn't exactly sound like a promise...
It's officially Fashion Week in New York and Giuliana and her fellow co-hosts, which include Joan Rivers and Kelly Osbourne, make an appearance on The Today Show.
Afterwards, Giuliana sits front row at the show, checking out the latest runway fashions.

While Bill heads off to Chicago to fly the stunt plane, Giuliana takes Duke to a baby dance music class to get her mind off her worries.

Her energy is high as she works hard promoting her clothing, but she has to stay awake for the next 24 hours...
...although Skyping with Duke during her break definitely helps!
Bill and Giuliana reunite after their hectic week to spend some quality time together.
He surprises Giuliana with a trip to the spa, where they relax with massages, champagne and strawberries...
Afterwards they go to dinner, reflecting back on the happy years they've spent together.
When Giuliana asks Bill if there is anything he would change about their marriage, he pauses for a moment to think. Giuliana eagerly awaits his answer...
Bill smiles as he reveals to Giuliana that he wouldn't change a thing. He is very happy with where his life is, he knows exactly what he wants in life and he has it all.
It's pretty safe to say that these two are living happily ever after!
