Kate Upton doesn't miss a beat when asked what she wants in a man.
"I look for someone with a sense of humor and someone I could be myself with," the model-actress told me last night at the premiere of her new comedy, The Other Woman.
The Nick Cassavetes-directed film stars Leslie Mann as a Connecticut housewife who, after finding out her husband Mark (Game of Thrones' Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is cheating on her, teams up with two of his mistresses (Upton and Cameron Diaz) to seek revenge on his womanizing ways.
"I've never personally heard a story like this," the 21-year-old said. "Hopefully no men relate to the character of Mark."
If you do, Upton said, "You really need to reevaluate your life because we created a character who is pathological."
"We have an incredible time together, and, you know, I definitely didn't see that coming and I think neither did she," Maks told Us Weekly about a month before things ended. "We enjoy each other's company very much and like I said, she's a great girl that I never thought anything romantic like this could have happened."
Upton was most recently linked to Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander.
Not only were they spotted on vacation during New Year's in the Bahamas, but they also seemed rather cozy about a month later at a Super Bowl party in New York City. A few weeks later, Upton reportedly visited Verlander during spring training in Florida.
"I've always been pretty private about my private life," Verlander told ESPN's Baseball Tonight in mid-February. "It is hard to be private, especially with her, but, you know, I'm in a great spot and just looking to get ready for the season."
