Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott aren't holding back in Lifetime's True Tori.

During an Apr. 9 couples counseling session, McDermott complained about infrequent sex he had with his wife. "We have four kids, so in the sex department there were ebbs and flows," he explained. "Is that safe to say?" Spelling disagreed, saying, "We had a great relationship and we had a great sex life."

"We would have sex once every two weeks," the Chopped Canada host argued. "It wasn't fantastic."

Spelling threw up her arms in defeat, but McDermott didn't understand why his honesty was so upsetting. "What? What did I say?" he asked. The therapist then told him, "Dean, your expectation of what a marriage is supposed to be like sexually—it's like a fairytale." The Mystery Girls star then broke down in tears, saying, "I can never give him enough sex. He's never going to be happy with just me."

"I'm insatiable," McDermott admitted. "Sex was an escape, just like drugs and alcohol."

In December, McDermott had an affair in Toronto with a 28-year-old Emily Goodhand. He later checked into rehab for sex addiction. "What I don't understand is why her?" Spelling asked.

"I wasn't attracted to her," her husband answers. "It was just like a warm body."

McDermott said his "worst nightmare" came true when he cheated on his wife, but Spelling wondered if that was only because he "got caught" in the act. "I'm mad," she told the therapist. "I'm really mad."
